Privacy Policy
This page explains what data the plugin and this website process, why, and what your rights are. Contact: [email protected].
What we process, and why
| Data | When | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Free sign-up in the plugin, purchase, "lost key" request | Create your account, send your license key and receipts, occasional product emails and offers (each one has an unsubscribe link; we measure whether they are delivered, opened and clicked, to send fewer and more useful ones) |
| Site URL, license key, automatic indexing setting | Each license check from the plugin, and when you change the automatic indexing mode | Validate your license and plan, show your balance |
| URLs you choose to index or check | Only when you run a Premium action (indexing, checks, Bing) | Perform the action you requested |
| Credit movements | Purchases and Premium actions | Bill credits correctly, show your credit history, support |
| Action counts: the type of action (for example "free Google indexing" or "IndexNow") and the number of URLs, with your license key, your site address and the plugin version. Never the URLs themselves | After each indexing or check action in the plugin, free actions included | Usage statistics per account, to know which features are used, improve them, and send you relevant tips or offers |
| Payment details | Checkout | Handled entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your card number |
| Your message, email, WordPress/PHP/plugin versions, and technical details if you tick the box (plugin settings, active plugin names, last console lines) | Only when you send a message from the plugin's Feedback window | Answer you and fix the problem you report; kept until handled, then deleted within 12 months |
The plugin does not collect your visitors' data and does not add any tracking to your site.
Services involved
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions (privacy policy).
- Mailjet: sending transactional emails (license key, receipts).
- Indexing and index-check providers: receive only the URLs you submit through a Premium action.
- Google APIs (Indexing API, Search Console API): called directly from your WordPress site with your own Google credentials, which stay on your site. See Google's privacy policy.
- IndexNow (optional, off by default): when you turn it on, your site sends the URLs of pages you publish directly to api.indexnow.org, which shares them with participating search engines (Bing, Yandex, Naver...). This does not go through our servers. See the IndexNow terms.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. The plugin keeps its own indexing history on your site for one year.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
